    All devices are shipped directly from our headquarters in Japan.
    Our pricing follows the standard U.S. retail prices (USD) applied globally.
    All prices include shipping, customs duties, and any related fees.
    Each device is covered by an international warranty.
    We also record the serial number of every product at the time of shipment, allowing us to assist you promptly should you have any questions or require support.
    Please note that devices purchased within Japan are not covered under this warranty and are not eligible for repair or maintenance services through this website.
    We have received reports of issues involving unauthorized resellers and proxy purchases.
    However, we regret that we cannot assume responsibility for any problems arising from such transactions.

After your order is shipped, a DHL tracking number will be sent via email so you can monitor the delivery status.

After your order is shipped from Japan, local customs officials may open and inspect the package. Please note that such inspections are at the discretion of customs officials, and items opened in this way are not eligible for exchange.

Returns / Cancellations

    As we ship internationally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience after an order has been dispatched,
    given the high costs of international shipping and customs.

  • In Case of Initial Defect

    If the item arrives in a damaged state or the incorrect item is shipped by the Company, we will collect the returned item and provide a replacement.

    All shipping costs—including return shipping and any customs duties—will be covered by the company under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

  • Refund

    In the event a refund is issued, the amount returned to the customer will reflect the exchange rate on the day the refund is issued.
    Please note there may be a difference between the "amount paid at the time of order" and the "amount paid at the time of refund."
