    About 3D Secure Authentication Service

    The password used for the personal authentication service (3D Secure) must be registered and issued by the card issuer in advance.

    *The 3D Secure identity authentication screen and input items are different depending on the card issuing company (brand).

Repairs

  • If repair is required, we will arrange for a courier to collect the device from your location.

    After the repair is completed, the product will be returned to you, and the return shipping cost will be covered by the Company.
