3D Secure 2.0 is an identity authentication service provided by card issuers to make credit card payments more secure.
It's purpose is to prevent unauthorized use by third-party "spoofing" resulting in theft of credit card information.
The password used for the personal authentication service (3D Secure) must be registered and issued by the card issuer in advance.
For information on whether the credit card you are using is compatible with 3D Secure 2.0 and for instructions on registration and use, please contact the card issuing company shown on the back of your credit card.
*The 3D Secure identity authentication screen and input items are different depending on the card issuing company (brand).

Customs
Customs duties are paid in advance, so there is no need for the customer to pay anything other than the product price. If in the unexpected event you are charged for import duties or shipping, please contact Bioprogramming Club using the Inquiry Form below.

Shipping Time
Delivery usually takes approximately one week once payment is confirmed.

Products purchased on the official Bioprogramming Club website will be shipped from Japan via DHL.

How to check delivery status
After shipping your order, we will send you an invoice number and a confirmation URL for international shipping via email, so you can track the progress of your order.
*Opening of Package by Customs Officials
After your order is shipped from Japan, there is a possibility that local customs officials may open and inspect the contents of your package. Please note such inspections are per the discretion of customs officials, and such products are not be eligible for exchange.
Warranty

Bioprogramming Card
Products purchased from this site include an exclusive Bioprogramming card as proof of authenticity. Please keep it in a safe place as you will need to present it to receive after-sales service.

Device Warranty
The manufacturer's warranty applies only to devices purchased from this official website for customers based outside of Japan.
When applying for repair, you will need to present your Bioprogramming Card, which is proof of the product's authenticity.
Please note that devices without the Bioprogramming card are not covered by the warranty. -
Devices ineligible for the warranty
The following repairs are not covered under warranty:
- - Breakage or malfunction which occurred as a result of unauthorized repairs/modifications, or if the device was used improperly./li>
- - If you have lost your Bioprogramming Card
- - Breakage or malfunction which occurred from using the device outside, on a boat or any other type of vehicle, or inadvertently dropping the device after purchase.
- - Breakage or malfunction resulting from fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, or other natural disaster, pollution, or abnormal voltage.
Returns / Cancellations

Cancellation by Customer
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Customer-initiated cancellations or returns cannot be accepted once the order has been shipped. -
In Case of Initial Defect
If the item arrives in a damaged state or the incorrect item is shipped by the Company, the Company will cover the shipping costs and send a replacement device.
To report an initial defect please use the Inquiry Form below. -
Refund
In the event a refund is issued, the amount returned to the customer will reflect the exchange rate on the day the refund is issued.
Please note there may be a difference between the "amount paid at the time of order" and the "amount paid at the time of refund." -
Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders
Orders may be canceled if determined to be fraudulent.
