Notice Regarding Counterfeit Devices/ Fraudulent Websites
It has been discovered that our products are being sold on fraudulent websites and by unauthorized retailers, which has resulted in the following problems.
・A counterfeit product was delivered.
・The “Bioprogramming” brand name is missing from the device.
・After placing an order the product is not delivered.
・A device arrives which appears used.
・The device is not eligible for the warranty.
・The customer cannot get in contact with a representative.
Product Warranty
The Limited Warranty only applies to devices purchased on this website from outside Japan.
When requesting repairs, you will need to present your Bioprogramming card, which is the proof of an authentic Bioprogramming product.
Please note that items which do not have a Bioprogramming card will not receive any warranty benefits.
(A Japan-issued warranty card is invalid in this case.)
